About Optinize

Named for the part everyone else skips.

Most of the marketing industry is built around getting the opt-in. Almost nobody owns what happens after it — whether the email arrives, whether the message earns attention, whether the customer comes back, and what they're ultimately worth. That gap is the entire reason Optinize exists.

The team

Practitioners, not a resold platform.

Optinize is led by Itai Hajbi, with a team that has spent two decades in digital marketing and ecommerce infrastructure. Between us: over 200 ecommerce stores managed, more than three billion emails delivered across databases containing 70 million-plus leads, affiliate operations at 700,000 leads a month, and deliverability work on live sending infrastructure for operators and brands.

Deliverability engineering

Authentication, routing, IP and domain architecture, migrations, monitoring. The unglamorous layer that decides everything downstream.

Lifecycle & retention

Segmentation, journeys and reporting built on real purchase data rather than templates.

Growth & performance

Paid acquisition, conversion and customer value work across ecommerce, marketplaces and high-volume B2C.

How we work

Four rules we don't bend.

  • Nothing changes against an unverified state. We document what exists, agree the change, then verify after. This rule came from a live DNS incident, and it has never cost a client since.
  • Documentation before production. If it isn't written down, it doesn't get deployed.
  • We say what we won't do. We don't send to non-consented data or make unconsented lists deliverable, however well it would pay.
  • Diagnosis is free, honestly given. If your problem is smaller than our engagement, we'll tell you and hand you the fix.
History & recognition

Award-winning product experience, carried into the work today.

These awards were earned by the marketing-automation platform previously built by the Optinize team. The public software platform operated from 2016 and has been closed to new public users for the last two years; the same product, lifecycle and infrastructure experience now powers Optinize's managed work.

Straight answers
Is Optinize software or a service?

A managed service with platform capability behind it. We're not self-service — engagements are scoped, contracted and delivered by our team, in the way an enterprise platform is implemented rather than downloaded.

What size clients do you work with?

From growing ecommerce brands to multi-brand operators sending at high volume. The common factor is that email materially affects revenue.

Where are you based?

We work remotely with clients internationally, primarily in English, across European, US and Israeli time zones.
